I have a 4 month old Black/Silver Sable GS (mix?) puppy who is ACTIVE! He loves walks, but due to inconsistent winter weather we haven’t been able to walk him daily. As a result he started a bad habit of pulling. Hard! Hard enough to choke himself. Since he’s going to be a pretty big dog, (Vet estimates 65lbs) I wanted to nip his pulling in the butt pronto. I found this was a top rated harness and saw it had the “no pull” front clip. We got it today along with new leashes. When he saw the new leash he got super excited to go out, which I used to my advantage and put the harness on him. I ordered the M since he’s gotten too big for his S collar and he’ll continue to grow rapidly. It fits well in the chest, but is a smidge too loose in the neck. Not enough for him to get out of, but loose enough the harness would move to the side when he’d pull while the leash was attached to the front clip. I believe it runs true to their size chart. I just took the risk or buying a size I knew he’d grow into instead of a size that would be too small within a month. In the meantime, I will just use the back clip until he puts on a few more pounds. As a whole I feel like the harness is well made. I saw no loose strands or frays. The material is very soft, but sturdy. Not likely to rip. The hooks seem sturdy and well sewn as well. I love that it’s reflective. With a black dog, I appreciate retailers now putting more reflective materials In their products. He thoroughly enjoyed our walk and I enjoyed having so much more control. It made the whole experience so much easier and will help with his training.

This is a really great harness, but my dog is very barrell chested especially for her size. It makes it hard for it to fit her front chest properly. It's hard to figure out how to adjust the size properly but we eventually got it to a spot that worked well enough.
Took her for a quick walk and the back pull works well enough but still compresses her chest enough to make her hack and wheeze if she pulls. The front pull works well but the chest piece gets pulled pretty far to the side when that happens, which works fine but just makes me a bit nervous.
Otherwise, it fits great, it's very secure, I can't see how she could ever slip out of it. Lots of padding and lots of nice, solid fasteners. Big fan!

This is adjustible enough that it fits my 28 lb Boston terrier, she has a very thick neck so it is difficult to find anything to fit her body shape. This works well.. is fairly easy to figure out.. you simply slip it over your dogs head then buckle up the sides just behind her front legs. It is a a bit stiff due to the thickness of the harness but most people would probably like the feel of a heavy duty harness....except for me...and wish it were a bit lighter weight.
This is somewhat of a ridiculous whine but it is really far to heavy duty for my dog.. she could have used a much lighter one like the Puppia it was replacing. The reason I selected this brand was that it was so adjustible and I assumed I could get a good fit..and I did. This harness would probably hold a very sturdy strong dog... my Boston is a whoosh and very timid....but all in all it appears to be well made, sturdy, strong and best of all adjustible.
All in all I am very happy with the harness, only it is a bit much for my timid dog... but of all the harnesses I have tried this is the most flexible to fit many sizes of dogs.. the more I use it.. the more I like it.. but still wish it were a bit more light weight in thickness and construction.... but it still gets my thumbs up...

Update: after being worn for one day, my dog shredded this harness. I'm leaving the star rating because I don't think this indicates the quality of the product. Not the best choice for giant breeds, though I'm not sure that there's anything that can stop a determined Dane.
Iwas concerned about whether or not this would fit due to the lack of reviews including giant breeds. My girl is on the smaller side, she's one year old and about 120 lb. She has a typical Dane build with a very deep chest and prominent collar bone.
She slips out of collars and my fence is just a suggestion to a dog as tall as she is. She's going into heat soon and I needed to find a way to keep her from sneaking out to go on dates if you catch my drift...
I feel very confident that she can not escape or back out of this harness. It's well made and very adjustable! I'm a little skeptical about the strength of the plastic rings meant to hook a leash to. For a normal size dog I am sure they would be sufficient, they are quite thick plastic. We will see if they're able to hold up to a dog of this size, I will update my review if I encounter any problems.
The handle could be a little bit thicker on the extra large harness as well, but it works for what it's supposed to do.

Watching my 3.5 month-old aussie shepherd's collar dig into her shoulders as we walked worried me, especially since she would pull often when being leash-trained. As a result, I started looking at durable and good-quality harnesses on the affordable end since I know she will grow out of it after a while. The size small fit her almost perfectly with much room to spare. I was surprised at how well-built this harness was when it arrived, almost comparable to the more expensive ones I was looking at initially. Since last week when it arrived, my puppy no longer pulls as much when walking and has worn it around quite a bit (even falling asleep at times, so no worries about comfort). I highly recommend this product and am considering getting the larger size once she grows out of the current one.

Walking my 3 huskies is no joke. They get so crazy excited for their walks and do a lot of pulling. I wanted something more secure so I could prevent them from escaping by their collars (it’s happened once). So far I really like this harness on them, I do feel better in control and notice less pulling already. I personally use only the back hook option since it feels more secure. If you’re on the fence of buying I’d say give it a shot. For reference my dogs fit into the large size.

This is my puppy’s first harness. He knows when the harness comes out it means he gets to do something fun. It’s adjustable straps and breathable padding keeps him comfortable while restrained. It’s so comfortable, he even falls asleep in it!
Updated 2 months later:
Liked the harness so much for my puppy, I just bought a second size large harness for my pup for when he is full grown. I bought the first one for him when he was almost 3 months old. Just bought a second larger size for him to grow into for when he reaches his full size self. I love how adjustable it is. The first harness I bought was a size medium, and I am still using it. It has so far fit him from when he was 25 lbs., to his current 50 lbs. My pup doesn’t mind wearing it at all, in fact he gets super excited to put it on because it means we are getting ready to go have fun. It secures him and gives me total control of my pup, and it’s so comfortable for my dog, he falls asleep in it sometimes after our adventures if I don’t take it off him right away. I don’t even use a choker on my new dog, which on all past dogs I’ve had to. Not sure if that’s because of this great harness, or if my new lab is just not a puller, but it’s probably a combo?
Glad I found this harness and looking forward to all of our future doggy adventures.

Product:
This was probably one of the nicest harnesses I've come across, especially at the low price of sub $20. I needed something more comfortable for my pup as his neck is larger than his head, so you had to get the collar just right to not choke him out. (I would never do that, it was always too loose and would slide off on walks...)
I was randomly browsing one day and came across this harness. Looked sturdy enough for my 80lb dwarf German Shepherd (Size XL). It fits nicely and you can tell he's good with it. Product is fabric breathable mesh where it contacts the body, and the loops are metal with reinforced nylon holding them in. Also all the nylon straps have 2 reflective strips on either side. Lots of adjustment around the torso which is also nice.
Customer Service:
I did run across one issue with the heavy duty plastic latches, but I don't think they would break under normal wear and tear.
I'm pretty sure my roommate accidentally closed a door on it, which snapped one of the prongs. I didn't have proof of this however, but the seller was still quick to respond and sent me a new harness free of charge. My experience was top notch, would definitely recommend this product to others and from the seller. (Bang-store as of this writing).

Well made and durable. It’s a little bulky for a small dog but adjustable and was able to make small enough to fit. Good quality harness

Just in case you dont know, huskies are hard and nearly impossible to train and control. Our dod Luna is wild and we have tried many tactics. We use to have a collar on her with a leash when we take her walking. The problem was that she would always be too excited and pull forward with her hind legs and choke herself. She sounded like an asthmatic or someone being strangled, so as concerned owners we bought her this vest. She did not want this on her the first time i tried putting it on but then she gave in. Its been 3-4 days of her wearing it and shes much calmer and the walks are much easier. Shes just a puppy turning a year in july so I got the biggest one and it fits great.
It has clips that make it easier to put on the dog. The straps are kind of weird to adjust but it stays secure while walking.

This is an awesome harness and a very good price. My German Shepherd puppy did slip out of it on the second day she wore it when she was 9 weeks old, so we tightened things up a little and it has been secure ever since. I love the fact that when she needs to go to time out I can grab the back of the harness under the handle to keep her from nipping me. The handle is fine for minor maneuvers, but grabbing underneath the harness itself, under where the handle sits, works super well for an out-of-control puppy. I also like how easy it is to clip a leash on and off on the top. I haven’t used the clip on the front, so I don’t know how useful that is. The top attachment seems to work for everything I do with my puppy. I will definitely be sizing up before too long and will by this exact same brand.

Nice quality. Great price compared to other harness. Bought size L for my 4 months old Samoyed, the neck and side are adjustable but the bottom length is too long for him so I bought another one in size M, fits him perfectly. The gray color looks great on his white coat. My puppy used to hate being put on other harness but for some reasons he doesn’t mind this one.

I had never used a harness with our three previous dogs but decided to use it with our 13 week old puppy because he was really pulling on the leash when we walked and I was afraid of hurting his neck. This harness has been perfect-comfortable-he never complains, or even seems to notice it being on, adjustable so he can grow with it (he was 18:5 pounds when I started using the harness. He is 23.8 pounds now). The harness works perfectly with the “bungee” leash to control him without harm to keep him moving along on our walks. The puppy is such a walking expert now that he takes my 6 year old lab for walks now.

HOLY COW.
Got this harness today and just took it out for a spin with our two bullies--one perfect walker and one we affectionately refer to as Psycho Suzie. Psycho Suzie pulls so hard that walks were really not enjoyable.
No matter how hard we trained it just didn't get better. I had given up on walking both dogs together unless I needed serious cardio. This 35 pound girl's doggie hammies are sculpted in a way would make an olympic weight lifter proud while I have bruises from the leash.
The front O clip on this harness is very sturdy and secure. For the first use there was some tripping as the leash gets carried in the middle of her chest, but within 5 minutes she had figured it out and stopped pulling entirely. I could see the hope of ever catching a squirrel leave her eyes.
The harness feels really well made and secure. She's strong and the type to try to run up to other dogs--I have no concerns that this won't hold up to abuse.
I think I can now walk our dogs in high heels. I may start bringing along a hot tea in my finest china. Perhaps I will walk and crochet.
Joking aside, this is truly an enhancement to our quality of life with an otherwise wonderful dog. So so grateful
This girl's spirit will recover

My new puppy was vigorously pulling on the leash when we took her for walks. As she got bigger, the pulling became so intense we started worrying that she might hurt herself. We dreaded talking her out for walks...
Then, I found this little thing and it was a game changer. Bottom line, NO MORE PULLING. it's like we got a new dog. I liked it so much that I bought another one for my older dog who already walks nicely. Even for the older one it makes the walk so much more pleasant.
Don't think twice, get this for your pup.

This is a sturdy, well built harness. Great product for the price. It’s adjustable and I can tell my 80 lb puppy will still have plenty of room to grow into the xtra large size. It is reflective, made of nice soft material and has a handle on the back. I would recommend and buy again in the future.

Using it for my 115 lb mini pig. It works great. The handle on the back allows me to pick him up into the car.

This harness seems perfect for our dog. She slipped out of her old one so we ordered this one.

We got a puppy at the start of December and a few weeks ago he started to pull whilst walking with our other dogs, to the point we couldn’t walk them at the same time. I read about this harness and thought it was worth a trial. When it came it was easy to adjust and we went for a walk straight away, all three dogs and it was an instant miracle. Puppy didn’t pull at all. It was the best, stress free walk we’d ever had

I love it I’ve tried loads of harness before I have a husky and he’s 7 months he likes to pull and I find this has made my life so much easier! It’s got a lot of comfort and doesn’t hurt him in anyway he walks a lot better now! So thank you amazing quality ! :)
